United Charity Foundation Administrative Structure

The administrative structure of the United Charity Foundation operates under the supervision of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Authorized signatories and individuals responsible for the Foundation’s administration are clearly designated in accordance with the organizational structure. This ensures that the Foundation’s operations are carried out effectively and in alignment with its objectives, with appropriate systems for internal oversight, monitoring, and review to promote transparency and accountability.

The authorized signatories and individuals responsible for the administration are as follows:

  1. Mr. Changming Zhang — Chairperson
    Responsible for signing, overseeing, and approving matters on behalf of the Board of Directors.

  2. Mr. Jaran Mantokul — Vice Chairperson
    Responsible for performing the duties of the Chairperson when authorized.

  3. Ms. Suhui Yang — Director
    Responsible for participating in deliberations and providing opinions on the administration and management of the Foundation.

  4. Ms. Chan Lu — Treasurer
    Responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s finances and disbursements.

  5. Mr. Watcharapong Pornsisakul — Secretary
    Responsible for preparing documents, coordinating activities, and recording meeting minutes.

Donation Fund Management

The Foundation strictly manages and utilizes donated funds in accordance with the objectives of each project. Budget planning, approval, and resource allocation are carried out systematically to ensure maximum efficiency and direct benefits to beneficiaries. The use of donated funds is also subject to appropriate controls and monitoring at every stage to promote transparency, accountability, and responsible financial management.

Document and Record Keeping

The Foundation places great importance on transparency and maintains complete records and supporting documentation for all financial receipts and expenditures. Records are maintained in both physical and digital formats to ensure that financial transactions can be accurately, systematically, and comprehensively reviewed and verified when necessary.
